The Role
We are seeking a highly organized, customer-focused Project Manager to lead and oversee the successful implementation of software solutions across our organization. This is a high visibility, high impact role that will require someone with exceptional written and verbal communication skills-capable of confidently engaging with stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership and external customers. The Project Manager will be accountable for managing multiple concurrent projects end-to-end, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
As a key member of the Software Implementation Program team, you will drive upgrades and implementations while serving as a trusted liaison between customers, business stakeholders, and technical teams. You will be expected to take high ownership, effectively self-manage in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity, and continually look for opportunities to optimize processes and drive efficiency gains across the SW Implementation team.
The ideal candidate is not only strategic and proactive but also detail-oriented and highly disciplined in execution, with the ability to "roll up their sleeves" when needed.
What you'll do:
Act as the primary point of contact for customers and internal project teams, ensuring clear, professional, and proactive communication throughout project lifecycles.
Coordinate across multiple teams and departments-including Engineering, Product, QA, SW Implementation, and Support-to ensure organizational readiness and on time project delivery
Establish performance KPIs, monitor project health, and deliver clear updates to functional management and executive leadership. Provide data-driven recommendations to mitigate risks.
Track and assess performance data at customer facilities post-upgrade/implementation to ensure successful results.
Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives, incorporating lessons learned and optimizing processes to scale programs and achieve efficiency gains.
Execute change management initiatives to ensure adoption of new processes within the software implementation team.
Conduct regular status meetings, deliver clear progress updates, and escalate issues proactively.
Lead teams through structured problem resolution, including root cause analysis and corrective action.
Maintain extreme organizational discipline, ensuring all projects are tracked, documented, and executed with precision.
Who you are:
3-5+ years in a project management function (or similar role) with experience in software implementation in a fast-paced environment
BA/BS or equivalent experience required.
Proven ability to communicate effectively with customers and executives, both verbally and in writing, in a high-pressure environment
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and manage relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
Experience with data analytics, especially as it relates to tracking project progress.
High level of ownership with the ability to self-manage, prioritize effectively, and deliver results with minimal oversight.
Demonstrated success in optimizing processes and driving continuous improvements in project delivery.
Exceptional organizational skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to anticipate challenges and proactively address risks.
Familiarity with change management practices and project management methodologies is a plus.
Even better if you have:
PMP or CSM Certification
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Experience working at a company through a high growth/scaling period
High judgement and negotiation skills with demonstrated ability to influence
Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts and manage tradeoffs
