As a Security Professional - Unarmed in Tucson, AZ , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more.

As a Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated areas within a dynamic aerospace and defense location. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents while you conduct routine patrols and provide outstanding customer service. You will interact with employees and visitors, assist with access control, and respond to various situations as needed. Pay Rate: $16.54 / Hour

Day Time

Wed06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

Thur06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

Fri06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

Sat06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

Sun06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education

Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams

Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service

Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and observe for unusual conditions.

Monitor access points and report any suspicious behavior or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.

Document all incidents, observations, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal and client protocols.

Collaborate with site personnel and law enforcement as directed during emergency situations.

Remain alert and aware of surroundings while on patrol throughout the location, which may include both indoor and outdoor environments.

Availability across various days and shifts

Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments

A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements:

Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.

A valid Guard Card or license is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
