The Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the marketing and brand efforts for Hyatt's Lifestyle Collection Brands.In this role, you will be a part of a marketing team that is passionate about delivering exceptional brand focused guest experience, while collaborating closely with colleagues in the Austin Creative Hub.

The Role
The Marketing Coordinator position offers hands-on experience across various marketing functions, reporting directly to the Marketing Manager.
Responsibilities Include
Brand & Marketing
Assist in marketing and branding projects, including promotions, collateral needs, digital media, events, PR needs, partnerships, email marketing, and creative design work.
Help develop and organize brand-wide presentations and decks for business development, owner meetings, and new initiatives.
Support the creation of post-event recap reports and contribute to monthly marketing reports.
Participate in brainstorming sessions for marketing campaigns, partnerships, and creative projects.
Conduct monthly marketing meetings with properties as needed
Maintain the hotel vanity websites with updates
Photograph occasional marketing assets for F&B specials, retail, events and more.
Assist in producing large scale photoshoots (create shotlist, coordinate with property team to ensure all props are in house, working on set to ensure the photography is on brand)
Support in building a social strategy alongside content team.
Learn from different marketing department from Graphics, Social, Copy Direction, Art Direction and Retail
Digital & Media
Assist with paid media campaigns by supporting campaign setup, targeting updates, and performance tracking.
Help execute database growth strategies, including sweepstakes, brand collaborations, and paid marketing efforts.
Social Media
Develop and assist with content, scheduling, posting, engaging, and monitoring social media content for brand accounts (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
Support influencer partnerships by reviewing inquiries, coordinating with properties, drafting agreements, and analyzing content performance.The position responsibilities outlined above are in no way to be construed as all encompassing. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly proficient in PowerPoint and Excel; experience with InDesign and Photoshop is a plus.
Passion for hospitality, branding, and digital marketing.
