Description Park Gardens, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Maintenance Director to join our growing team! Park Gardens Senior Living is in Fergus Falls Minnesota across the street from Woodland Baptist Church on Skogmo Blvd. Our facility is a combination of Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care apartments. Our team is creative, fun, and most of all help our residents Age Magnificently, join ou Shifts: Part-time, Monday-Wednesday 8am-4:30pm, Thursday 8am-2:30pm Manager on Duty rotation and Holiday Rotation. Wage: $20.00-$27.00/Hr depending on experience. Are you compassionate towards others? Are you passionate about enriching the lives of others? If so, we want you to join our team and help seniors Age Magnificently! Our Maintenance Directors' become family and impact the lives of our residents who live in a Lifespark Senior Living Community. In this position you will assist in the repair, upkeep, and maintenance of the building, grounds, and equipment. Duties include: Perform all duties concerned with electrical, heating, cooling, plumbing, painting, floor care, and various equipment. Perform assigned housekeeping duties including trash removal, mopping, cleaning, etc. in accordance with facility policy. Address and correct work orders to maintain building and equipment operation. Assist in the purchasing of supplies and equipment for departmental operation, may require vehicle operation. Assist in the supervision of outside contractor services. Assist in the inspection of building, equipment, and grounds on a regular basis to ensure compliance with codes and regulations and to maintain proper operation. Preferred Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent Experience in health care is preferred.
