What You'll Do:
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and identify potential security-related concerns.
Observe and report any suspicious activity or security-related incidents as per Allied Universal protocols.
Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access within the financial institution environment.
Communicate promptly with Allied Universal management and/or client representatives regarding security-related matters as needed.
Support emergency preparedness and response efforts by remaining familiar with site-specific plans and procedures.

Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available
Minimum Requirements:
Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
