Responsible for monitoring and ensuring compliance for policy and procedures and leading projectsrelated to airport operations

This job is a member of the Airport Operations Performance Readiness team within our AirportOperations Support group

What you'll do

Responsible for Customer Operations baggage policies and procedures and related baggage and MBRimprovement initiatives

Responsible for Customer Operations uniform policies and procedures

Responsible for Exterior Security Search policies and procedures

Participates in working with various groups across the company

Supports the overall team with important policy and procedure initiatives including weight and balancetracking, compliance, and initiative development

Must be willing to travel on company business when necessary

All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience

3+ years of related experience

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

Ramp experience

Understanding of the ramp policies and procedures

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint, and Outlook, and SABRE

Ability to collaborate well with many different departments

Knowledge of the safety & risk management process and have the ability to complete risk assessments
