This position contributes to our vision by:
Implement SHM, detecting and eliminating operational risks, without any impact to end customer
Implement TO-BE process
Identify delta between AS-IS and TO-BE process and mandatory upgrade in the TO-BE solution with CORE and COTS approach
Provide local information required to eWInS team
Define settings for new solution
Make data conversion for new SHM system (refer to Data preparation catalog)
Prepare and execute User Acceptance Tests
Train end users to new process and new solution
Conduct local organization and processes changes
Execute assigned actions required for the deployment
Support end users at go live
Develop basic skills for the following SHM modules
Wire prep
See-EED
Data loading
SPM
Build process/Launcher
Work Instructions
Electrical Test
Adheres to safe work practices and contributes to the evolution of the health, safety, and environmental program and culture;

Education and/or Experience
Requires 5 or more years experience in manufacturing and/or quality processes, preferably in Aerospace Electrical Harness Operations or a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field and 1 to 3 years Experience in engineering processes.
Knowledge/Skills
English written and oral-Expert/Fluent
Computer Skills-Advanced
Requires proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point ,Access & Outlook) - Advanced
Knowledge wiring engineering data-Advanced
Strong knowledge on local Business processes and organization-Advanced
