As a Security Professional - Access Control Patrol in Buckeye, AZ , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more.

As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor entrances and exits, conduct routine patrols, and help to deter security-related incidents. You will interact with employees and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and communication while maintaining a visible presence. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required. Pay Rate: $21.35 / Hour

Day Time

Mon01:00 PM - 09:00 PM

Tue01:00 PM - 09:00 PM

Wed01:00 PM - 09:00 PM

Sat05:00 AM - 01:00 PM

Sun05:00 AM - 01:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education

Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams

Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service

Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

Monitor and control access to the manufacturing and industrial location, verifying credentials of individuals entering and exiting the premises.

Provide customer service by assisting employees, visitors, and contractors with access-related inquiries and procedures.

Carry out security-related procedures and follow site-specific policies to help maintain a secure environment.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues as needed.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity.

Document and report any irregularities or security-related incidents observed during shifts.

Assist with emergency response activities as directed by Allied Universal and/or site management.

What We're Looking For:

Availability across various days and shifts

Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments

A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.

Experience with access control and/or badge systems is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
