As a Security Professional - Distribution Warehouse in Goodyear, AZ , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more.
As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting regular patrols and maintaining a visible presence throughout a busy logistics and distribution location. You will play a key role in supporting access control and providing outstanding customer service to employees and visitors. This is a driving post, so you will be responsible for operating a vehicle as part of your patrol duties. What You'll Do:
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the logistics and distribution location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
Monitor access points and observe activities within the location to help to deter potential security-related concerns.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and staff while representing Allied Universal.
Document and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences according to site procedures.

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available
Minimum Requirements:
A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
A valid guard card or license is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
