As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned hotel and resort locations to help create a secure environment for guests and staff. What You'll Do:
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to guests, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the hotel and/or resort location.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the hotel and/or resort, including common areas, guest floors, exterior grounds, and parking areas to help to deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor entrances, exits, and other designated areas to help to deter unauthorized access and report any suspicious behavior or activity.
Assist with emergency response activities as required, including guiding guests and staff during incidents.
Complete detailed and accurate reports regarding daily activities, observations, and incidents.
Collaborate with hotel and/or resort management and staff to address security-related concerns and provide support as needed.
Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter potential issues and promote a welcoming environment.

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available
Minimum Requirements:
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
