Our work depends on a Enterprise Implementation Manager joining our team to support Federal EHR Modernization program activities.

At GDIT, we put our people first. As a Enterprise Implementation Operations Manager supporting Electronic Health Record (EHR) modernization program, you will be trusted to work on a Large Scale Federal Program and lead the enterprise workstream of implementation.

HOW THIS POSITION WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE:

Collaborating with Indian Health Service to establish enterprise EHR design.

Implement enterprise governance, tooling, reporting, design, testing, and build in support of IHS objectives.

Lead team of both GDIT and partner resources.

Understand Oracle Health solutions and implementation methodology.

Translate commercial methodology and approach to meet needs of IHS EHR modernization program.

Manage the day-to-day operations of tasks in assigned program area including technical work, staff supervision, financial and business development activities.

Strategize process improvements to ensure everyone completes tasks on schedule.

Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices.

Utilize broad understanding of system capabilities and limitations across all venues of care.

May supervise others.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

Bachelor's degree. Degree in Healthcare and/or Information Sciences highly desirable.

8 years of healthcare experience Includes

Experience with large scale implementation management experience.

Experience with Federal implementation management experience.

Deliverable Management experience

Must have extensive experience with Oracle Health

Ability to travel 25% to 50% of the year, if needed

SECURITY CLEARANCE LEVEL:

This role requires you to obtain and maintain an in-depth Public Trust Level 5. This investigation will review personal and criminal behavior, financial conduct, foreign influence, as well as other adjudications.

In addition, obtaining a Public Trust clearance, requires residency in the U.S. for 3 of the last 5 years.

The likely salary range for this position is $127,500 - $172,500. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
