Event Producer - Project Delivery Specialist - Customer

Work you'll do/Responsibilities

Act as the Executive Producer for the "Next"" event series, handle both content production and broadcast production. Coordinate staffing for events by bringing together diverse teams such as technical, audience, artist, production, and facilities. Monitor and analyze event performance metrics and audience feedback. Oversee supplier relationships and resolve last-minute issues to ensure event success.

Daily duties include managing projects, creating content, designing demos, and writing communications for executive audiences. These responsibilities ensure work is organized, effective, and tailored to key stakeholders.

Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management

Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes

Qualifications

Required

4-8 years of experience in in project management, content development, demo design, or executive communication roles within B2B environments, partner marketing, sales channel marketing, or related fields.

Minimum of 4 years' proven track record in project management expertise, including planning and execution.

Minimum of 4 years' experience creating clear, engaging content for diverse audiences.

Minimum of 4 years' hands-on experience with designing impactful demos to showcase products or solutions.

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience

Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Analytical/ Decision Making Responsibilities

Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products

Can operate independently or with minimum supervision

Excellent Written and Communication Skills

Ability to deliver technical demonstrations

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $97,800-$163,215

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
