We are looking for a detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our client's Marketing team in Southfield, Michigan. This is a long-term contract position ideal for someone eager to contribute to marketing operations and support creative and administrative tasks. The role is perfect for individuals with a strong grasp of marketing tools and software who thrive in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities:

Assist in the creation and editing of marketing materials using Adobe Acrobat and Adobe InDesign.

Perform data entry tasks to ensure accurate and organized information management.

Update and maintain templates and Word documents to support marketing initiatives.

Collaborate with team members to streamline marketing workflows and processes.

Utilize Microsoft Excel to analyze data and generate reports.

Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and events.

Ensure consistency in branding across all marketing materials.

Communicate effectively with internal teams to align on project goals and deadlines.

Requirements - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.

Experience with Adobe Acrobat and Adobe InDesign for document and design editing.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

Ability to manage and update templates and Word documents.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Strong communication skills for team collaboration.

Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
