Job Duties and Responsibilities
As a Product Marketing Manager , you will be the connector between product, marketing, and customer demand. You'll own the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for wireless products, rate plans, devices, and value-added services, ensuring they are positioned to win in a competitive market. This role requires creativity, analytical thinking, and a strong ability to collaborate across teams to drive adoption, retention, and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute GTM strategies for new wireless products, plans, and services
Define positioning, messaging, and differentiation that communicate clear consumer and business value
Partner with Product, Channels, Pricing, Care, and Brand Marketing to align initiatives with customer needs
Drive and manage cross-functional launch readiness across internal and external channels
Lead campaign integration, including messaging frameworks, creative briefs, and promotional strategies
Monitor product performance, market feedback, and industry trends to refine positioning and improve adoption
Manage lifecycle strategies that improve acquisition, retention, and upsell opportunities
Conduct market, competitive, and customer research to identify trends, usage behaviors, and opportunities
Translate insights into actionable strategies that influence pricing, product features, and marketing programs
Partner with analytics teams to measure campaign and product performance, adjusting tactics as needed
Develop compelling content such as solution briefs, presentations, FAQs, sales tools, and customer-facing assets
Support the sales and channel teams with training, collateral, and messaging to drive product adoption
Collaborate with digital and demand gen teams on campaigns that generate leads and nurture the pipeline
Ensure alignment on product roadmaps, GTM priorities, and customer experience initiatives
Contribute to building brand consistency and awareness across all customer touchpoints
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (MBA a plus)
5+ years of product marketing experience in wireless, telecom, technology, or subscription-based services
Skills and Qualifications:
This is a 100% in-office position located in Littleton, CO.
Proven track record launching and managing consumer-facing products and services
Strong understanding of wireless industry dynamics, including pricing, devices, and competitive positioning
Excellent storytelling, writing, and presentation skills
Strong project management and cross-functional leadership abilities
Analytical and data-driven, with the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and can manage multiple priorities

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $83,950.00/Year - $119,900.00/Year
