Description

We are looking for a part time dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team in Willowbrook, Illinois. This contract position offers an opportunity to provide essential support to the property management team within a residential real estate environment. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle a variety of administrative tasks effectively. The hours are 15-22 per week and the days are set for Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.

Responsibilities:

Organize and maintain lease agreements and related documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Assist in drafting, proofreading, and editing lease agreements with a focus on grammar and detail.

Manage inbound and outbound calls, delivering attentive customer service to tenants and stakeholders.

Coordinate email correspondence and maintain timely communication across teams.

Schedule appointments and meetings for the property management team to ensure smooth operations.

Perform data entry tasks with precision, maintaining accurate records in systems such as Yardi Breeze.

Support lease administration processes, including renewals and updates.

Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) to complete administrative projects and tasks.

Handle ad hoc projects and general office duties as assigned by the property management team.

Requirements - Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within property management or real estate.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Familiarity with property management software such as Yardi Breeze is highly desirable.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with tenants and team members.

Strong organizational abilities with keen attention to detail and accuracy.

Dependable work ethic with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Experience in handling lease documents and lease renewals is a plus.

Ability to maintain a positive and detail-oriented demeanor in a fast-paced environment. TalentMatch®
