Our client, a leading organization in their industry, is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be an essential part of the administrative support team, contributing to the smooth operation of daily activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational skills, proactive communication, and a positive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Memphis, TN

Pay Range: $15 per hour

What's the Job?

Providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient office operations

Managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings

Maintaining accurate records and filing systems

Assisting with data entry and report preparation

Supporting team members with various administrative tasks as needed

What's Needed?

Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
