Program Assistant (OPS Part Time)

Required Qualifications

Maintains and organizes administrative files and/or records for JTR.

Assists JTR Director with setting up and organizing recruitment, orientation, professional development events and activities.

Supports operational and fiscal tasks such as processing requisitions, travel arrangements, and travel reimbursements.

Screens incoming calls/emails and directs calls to appropriate staff member.

Monitors and tracks JTR teacher candidates AmeriCorps service to ensure accurate documentation and progress toward meeting required service hours.

Other duties as assigned by JTR Director.

The holder of this position is designated as a Responsible Employee pursuant to their role under Title IX.
