Description

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support our team in East Columbus on a contract basis. This dynamic role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and a technical mindset.

Create submittals and track their progress to approval.

Manage documentation and upload details to contractor platforms

Review PDF files for accuracy and completeness.

Match data to data for technical accuracy.

Task Follow Up and tracking, including RFIs (Requests for Information).

Proficient with Adobe and work efficiently with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel (basic spreadsheets) and Word.

Familiar with outbound communication with vendors and distributors
