Sr. Supply Chain Solutions Analyst, CI
The Senior Supply Chain Solutions Analyst, Continuous Improvement will develop, execute, monitor, and report the progress of continuous improvement projects set forth by the Supply Chain Solutions Group. They will oversee, execute, track, and own multiple SCCI projects. The Senior SCCI Analyst will be responsible for developing and executing the entire project management spectrum, they will map processes, analyze work and information flows for standardization, automation and optimization opportunities, and analyze data to determine efficacy and control of CI projects, always seeking the most optimal solution. They will be the primary process engineers for Supply Chain Solutions processes and technologies.
Essential Functions
Understands opportunities for business process improvement, and seeks to learn and document underlying and existing business processes.
Collaborates with key Supply Chain stakeholders and conducts workshops to brainstorm solutions.
Collaborates with Supply Chain leaders on implementing new processes, launching them and training team members on them.
Develops process maps and other documents to illustrate current and future states of processes and train team members.
Collaborates with IT, dDI and PLM teams for designing systems and decision support tools necessary to support processes.
Determines and reports the success or failure of implemented improvements, including the definition of metrics and indicators, and analyzing the results of completed projects
Conducts Pre and Post Mortems on projects, including documenting, evaluating, and reporting lessons learned.
Provides periodic updates to key stakeholders on progress of projects.
Develops decision support tools to facilitate quicker decision making and improve team member efficiency.
Develops requirements and inputs for predictive, prescriptive, and experimental analyses; evaluates and implements results from said analyses
Performs testing, documenting, reporting, analysis, task fulfillment, and daily communication of improvement project objectives
Establishes methods and coordinates implementation of new processes and technology throughout the Supply Chain department.
Stays current on emerging tools, techniques and technologies that can support process improvement.

4 Years - Business Process Design / Supply Chain Technology Consulting
4 Years - Data Analysis, Data Science, Data Presentation Architecture and/or Statistics
4 Years - Experience managing projects
