This role follows a hybrid schedule, requiring two days in the office at our Schaumburg, IL, location and three days remote per week. The in-office days are subject to business needs. Candidates must be able to commute to the office as required. The work arrangement for this role is subject to change based on business needs and individual performance. Position Overview
This role plays a critical part in aligning sales, marketing, and operations by shaping the systems, processes, and reporting that support a high-performing SDR organization across inbound, outbound, and partner channels. Success in this position requires a strong command of platforms like Salesforce, SalesLoft, and advanced reporting tools, paired with the ability to think strategically and drive operational excellence. A key priority will be integrating AI and automation into SDR workflows; freeing up time for
revenue-generating activities and enhancing visibility into team performance and pipeline health.

Data & Reporting
Own the design, build, and maintenance of SDR dashboards and scorecards in Salesforce and Power BI. Provide visibility into activity, SLA compliance, pipeline conversion, and intent signal engagement. Partner with data teams to continuously improve database quality and accuracy for outbound targeting.
Technology Ownership
Serve as the directly responsible individual (DRI) for the SDR tech stack-including Salesforce, SalesLoft, Nooks, and enrichment tools. Drive automation, optimize integrations, and reduce manual tasks to maximize SDR efficiency.
Technical Enablement
Lead technology enablement for SDRs and managers, including onboarding, troubleshooting, and ongoing optimization of Salesforce, SalesLoft, and enrichment tools. Evaluate and implement new tools that enhance outreach quality, personalization, and conversion, while reinforcing adoption through training and support.
Deploying AI
Partner with Sales Ops, Enablement, and technical teams to embed AI into SDR workflows (e.g., AI-driven email personalization, engagement summaries, call analysis). Stay on the cutting edge of AI adoption in GTM processes and bring scalable solutions into the SDR org.
Data Hygiene & Governance
Establish and enforce standards for lead and account data quality-ensuring proper segmentation, enrichment, and routing logic. Build safeguards and automation to eliminate lead duplication, misrouting, and gaps in follow-up, ensuring every prospect interaction is tracked and acted on.
Marketing ? SDR Handoff
Design and implement a scalable process that translates marketing campaigns, events, and intent signals into efficient SDR workflows and playbooks. Ensure that high-intent leads are routed, prioritized, and followed up on consistently, with visibility into conversion performance.
Education and Experience
8+ years of experience in Sales/Revenue Operations, preferably with direct exposure to SDR/BDR functions at scale.
Deep expertise in Salesforce CRM (reporting, dashboards, lead/account management, workflows).
Hands-on experience with SalesLoft (or comparable sales engagement platforms) and enrichment tools.
Strong skills in reporting and analytics platforms (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
Proven track record of implementing automation and process improvements to drive sales productivity.
Exposure to or experience implementing AI-driven solutions in GTM processes (email personalization, call analysis, forecasting, etc.).
Strong cross-functional communication and project management skills; able to partner with sales, marketing, ops, and technical teams.
Detail-oriented and process-driven, with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment preferred.
Ability to sit for extended periods: The role requires sitting at a desk or workstation for long periods, typically 7-8 hours a day.
Use of computer and phone systems: The employee must be able to operate a computer, use phone systems, and @type. This includes using multiple software programs and inquiries simultaneously.

The base pay range for this position is $92,700 - $114,700/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual bonus and restricted stock unit grant based on individual performance in addition to a full range of benefits outlined here.
