Kelly Services is seeking an experienced Administrative Asst in Downers Grove, IL. Candidates must have extensive experience with SAP and working with debits/credits.

This is a contract opportunity, lasting 6 months, covering for a medical leave.

Hours: Mon - Fri 8am-430pm

Responsibilities:

Back-end administrative

Good communication skills, via email

Attention to detail

Able to multitask

Working with debit/ credits

Managing returns/ handling short ships/ over ships/RGA

Issuing credits

Need to know SAP

Requirements:

SAP is required

Knowledge of credits and debits is required

Handling returns/ handling short ships/ over ships/RGA

Good communication skills as they will be emailing customers

Attention to detail

Able to multitask
