Electrical Engineer | Holly, Michigan

Full-time | Direct Hire

Client is open to assisting with relocation expenses.

Kelly Engineering is seeking an Electrical Engineer to join our client's team. In this role, you'll apply your expertise in electrical systems for modular, custom industrial equipment. A solid understanding of industrial construction practices and electrical codes is essential.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

Design, support, and oversee the fabrication, operation, and installation of electrical and mechanical systems.

Perform calculations, and size and select electrical components for mechanical systems such as HVAC, chilled water, and hot water systems.

Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and design documentation.

Collaborate with project teams to develop estimates, schedules, testing plans, and technical deliverables.

Ensure all designs meet project scope, specifications, and contractual requirements.

Utilize design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and related software.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering

Hands-on experience with electrical skids and modular assemblies, including transformers, switchgear, and panels, integrated onto steel frames for rapid deployment and simplified installation.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and customer service abilities.

Proven time management and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Advanced mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and relevant engineering software.

TRAVEL: Less than 10%
