Part Time Administrative Assistant

Our client, a dynamic office environment, is seeking a Part Time Administrative Assistant to join their team. As a Part Time Administrative Assistant, you will be part of the administrative department supporting the front office staff. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to ethical practices which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Part Time Administrative Assistant

Location: Quincy, IL

Pay Range: $20 per hour

What's the Job?

Provide administrative support with a focus on bookkeeping skills.

Manage inbound and outbound shipping processes.

Handle order entry and invoicing tasks.

Assist with inventory entry and management.

Document receiving papers and prepare customer orders.

What's Needed?

At least 10 years of experience in administration.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and limited QuickBooks experience.

Strong attention to detail and follow-through on projects.

A mature and dedicated work ethic.

Ability to work from 9:00AM to 12:00PM or 10:00AM to 1:00PM three days a week.
