Cyber Security Analyst

CACI is seeking a Cyber Security Analyst to support our government customer located in Washington DC. This position will support both In-Service (PMS 312) and New Construction (PMS 378) Program Offices.

Work with all Carrier (CVN) stakeholders to constantly identify shortfalls and status in all matters pertaining to CVN cybersecurity awareness, incident response, and configuration management/control ushering changes in the security posture of all shipboard control systems.

Participate with the client in the strategic design process to translate security and business requirements into technical designs.

Design and implement plans of action and milestones to remediate findings from vulnerability and risk assessments.

Facilitate coordination of the Carrier Network and Cybersecurity Working Group (CNCWG).

Develop reports for meetings, conferences and summits, as required.

Coordinate with Aircraft Carrier community stakeholders.

Coordinate, run, and attend meetings as required

Responsibilities:

Provide senior level Cybersecurity Test and Evaluation (T&E) and related cybersecurity support to PEO CARRIERS, CVN Program Offices (PMS 312 and PMS 378) and appropriate stakeholders.

Provide intrusion support to high technology investigations in the form of network assessments.

Implement and apply technologies, processes, and practices designed to protect networks, devices, programs, and data from malicious attack, damage, or unauthorized access.

Design, develop or recommend integrated system solutions ensuring proprietary/confidential data and systems are protected in accordance with mandated standards.

Develop reports for meetings, conferences and summits, as required.

Analyze/disseminate information from Navy Systems.

Draft and provide programmatic reports in the form of briefings, papers, and answers to questions by management.

Qualifications:

Required:

BS in technical field or Engineering

5 years Cybersecurity related T&E strategic planning support, technical and acquisition expertise, and programmatic professional services

Experience in Naval Cybersecurity to provide technical engineering and developmental / operational testing support to PEO CARRIERS and Program Offices' cybersecurity program in maturing cybersecurity, cyber warfare, and testing program efforts

Proven collaboration skills

Active Secret Clearance

Proficient in MS Office suite (word, excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Desired:

MS in technical field or Engineering

Prior NAVSEA experience

System experience

Prior (active duty) Carrier experience

Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$103,800 - $218,100
