Job Title: Manufacturing Engineering TechnicianJob Description

In this role, you will assist the manufacturing supervisor by creating work instructions for wire assembly. A prior background in wire assembly and understanding how these components connect and are assembled is crucial.

Responsibilities

Assist in creating detailed work instructions for wire assembly.

Collaborate with the manufacturing supervisor to ensure accuracy and efficiency in production processes.

Utilize your knowledge of wire components to improve assembly techniques.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical systems.

Ability to read and understand schematics and blueprints.

Experience with lean manufacturing practices.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Associate degree in Electrical Engineering Technology (EET).

Minimum of 2 years of experience with wires and/or cables.

Experience in developing and implementing work instructions.

Work Environment

This position is on-site, offering a hands-on experience in a great brand new facility. The environment is known for its welcoming and vibrant culture. The role is contract-based, expected to last until the end of February.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Sussex, Wisconsin.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
