Machine Operator

3rd shift available

General Purpose: Our Machine Operators fully operate and maintain our machines to meet production deadlines.\u202F

Essential Functions:

Operate equipment in the most safe, efficient, and consistent manner

Maintain machine workflow to meet project deadlines

Read job tickets and initiate machine set-ups per job ticket specifications

Count, pack, and label sleeves, cartons, and skids

Perform preventive maintenance on machines as needed

Ensure 6S practices are being followed

Requirements:

Experience with manufacturing equipment and machine maintenance

High school diploma or G.E.D.

Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals

Demonstrated mechanical aptitude through prior work experience

Intermediate computer skills

Ability to work overtime as needed; overtime may be required during busy periods\u202F

Ability to perform all essential functions of this job with or without reasonable accommodation\u202F\u202F
