Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a US - Marketing Communications Specialist to join their team. As a US - Marketing Communications Specialist, you will be part of the marketing department supporting the North American marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong project management abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: US - Marketing Communications Specialist

Location: Morris Plains, NJ

Pay Range: $28.11

What's the Job?

Support marketing initiatives for North America, including event logistics and campaign development

Manage and execute large-scale internal and customer-facing events in both live and virtual settings

Coordinate account reviews with top suppliers, manage workflow for PO/vendor payments, and develop marketing assets

Track event performance, review deliverables, and manage project budgets

Assist with post-event communications, promotion, and presentation development

What's Needed?

Minimum of two years working experience in customer marketing, event planning, or B2B demand generation

Proficiency in Microsoft 365

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Outstanding project management skills

Strong English skills (written and verbal)
