Our client in the healthcare space is looking for a Digital Campaign Marketing Specialist. This role is: - 40 hours/week - Fully Remote - Starts as soon as October 6th, 2025, through 2/27/26 Position Overview: The Digital Campaign Marketing Specialist leads the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including paid social, paid search, and email, to drive engagement and growth. This role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to align strategy, manage timelines, and ensure high-quality creative delivery. Using performance data and audience insights, you will continuously improve and optimize digital campaigns to improve effectiveness and support the organization's growth goals. Key Responsibilities Include: - Project manage campaign deadlines and deliverables using Adobe Workfront - Schedule and coordinate timing for all campaigns - email, paid search, and paid social - within the marketing calendar - Upload and manage lead data in Workfront - Participate in weekly project meetings with internal teammates to align on campaign priorities - Partner with development teams to execute campaigns across email, landing pages, and social media, ensuring design and messaging are aligned with strategic goals - Email Marketing Strategy and Layout: lead creative strategy and A/B testing for segmented email campaigns, optimizing subject lines, pre-headers and creative/copy variants; draft and write messaging for email campaigns tailored to key audiences; manage monthly list segmentation for email, paid social, and paid search campaigns. - Analyze campaign performance data to identify high-performing content and refine messaging based on audience segment. The ideal candidate: - Workfront Experience - required - Someone that has previous industry experience in healthcare or financial is strongly preferred - Someone that has worked in a large matrixed organization - Familiar with email marketing platforms - ideally Marketo - Basic knowledge of UX/UI design principles - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights What makes this role exciting: - High-impact campaign ownership: you will lead and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns - email, paid social, and search - that directly fuel business growth and client management - Cross-functional collaboration: work closely with product marketing, sales, and development teams to align strategy, messaging, and creative execution - making you a key connector across their organization - Data-Driven Creativity: combine analytical insights with creative strategy to optimize performance, test new ideas, and elevate marketing effectiveness in a fast-growing, innovative healthcare space.
