Description We are looking for a talented Marketing Specialist to join our team on a contract basis in Los Angeles, California. In this role, you will contribute to the creation and execution of impactful marketing campaigns, manage digital content, and assist with design and copywriting tasks. This opportunity is ideal for someone with a strong background in marketing and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

Develop and coordinate marketing campaigns across various platforms, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

Create engaging digital content, including email campaigns and social media posts, to enhance brand visibility.

Utilize Adobe InDesign and other Creative Cloud tools to design marketing assets and materials.

Collaborate with team members to assist in writing and editing marketing copy.

Support administrative tasks related to marketing initiatives, ensuring smooth project execution.

Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve future strategies.

Work on asset creation and management, ensuring brand consistency across all materials.

Partner with stakeholders to maintain effective communication and ensure timely delivery of projects.

Adapt quickly to new priorities and contribute to the success of ongoing marketing efforts. Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a marketing administration, coordination, or specialist role.

Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and familiarity with other Adobe Creative Cloud tools.

Strong writing and editing skills, particularly for digital campaigns and marketing materials.

Experience executing and managing digital marketing campaigns.

Ability to assist with asset creation and copywriting tasks as needed.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Experience in AEC industry

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
