The successful candidate will be part of a team that is involved with acceptance testing of power supplies. Responsibilities are vast and will include manual bench testing, set up and operation of test equipment, input pedigree information on the parts into our Factory Operating System (FOS), create nonconformance's in FOS for test failures, and perform rework.

What You Will Do

Adhere to detailed work instructions and quality standards.

Use basic computer and math skills.

Read and interpret engineering drawings.

Communicate effectively, manage more than one job at a time and be flexible with the work as needed.

Work with production resources and teammates to meet production goals and delight customers with quality products.

Perform repetitive tasks in accordance with an established, proven process and to perform in-process inspection in accordance with company standards and customer specifications.

Complete annual training requirements in topics ranging from safety, hazardous materials, quality systems, and other topics.

Regularly complete tasks with minimal supervision.

Use multimeters and other electrical testing equipment.

Qualifications You Must Have

Typically requires HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D in the US) or vocational/ technical education in related discipline with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience

Experience working in a manufacturing, microelectronics, aerospace and/or defense industry environment with hands on technical experience in testing of navigation and/or radar system assemblies.

U.S. Citizen - The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Qualifications We Prefer

Active and transferable department of defense issued clearance

Knowledge of 5 Sigma/ Kaizen

Experience with robotic equipment for testing, Environmental Stress Screening (ESS) equipment, and/or high voltage testing and components.
