This position is responsible for maintaining the accounting records of the $9 billion security lending program, earning and fees, to verify accuracy of payments. Monitor the archiving of electronic filings of limited partnerships, including but not limited to monthly, quarterly, and annual audited and unaudited financial statements, distributions notices for cash as well as securities and other correspondence as received. Responsible for maintaining the accounting records for component units and selected state funds with a value in excess on $10 billion, which have investments for which the State Treasurer is responsible. Responsible for monitoring and overseeing the third-party accounting records for the private market investments in real estate, venture capital, private equity, real return and absolute return divisions representing 400 - 500 individual investments with a combined value over $50 billion.
