Sales Administrative Assistant

Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contract basis. This role is based in Stamford, Connecticut, and will play a critical part in supporting our sales team through efficient document processing and administrative tasks. Ideal candidates will thrive in a structured environment, possess strong organizational skills, and demonstrate proficiency with computer systems.

Responsibilities:

Process and review sales-related documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.

Assist the sales team by providing timely follow-ups and administrative support.

Maintain organized records and files for seamless access and retrieval.

Perform repetitive tasks with a high level of attention to detail and consistency.

Communicate effectively in writing to address inquiries and share updates with the team.

Utilize computer systems to input and manage data efficiently.

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflows and task completion.

Support post-sales activities, including order entry and follow-up processes.

Identify and resolve discrepancies in documentation or data.

Uphold confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information. Requirements - Proven experience in administrative or sales support roles.

Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.

Excellent written communication skills.

Proficiency in using computer systems and software for data entry and organization.

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Motivated and able to work independently in a structured environment.

Familiarity with post-sales support and order entry processes.
