Now Hiring: Part-Time Administrative Assistant - $18/hr

Location: 333 Sunset Ave Ste 140, Suisun, CA 94585

Hours: 10 am - 2 pm to start (Part Time through September)

Kelly Services is hiring for our customer in Suisun.

Opportunity:

We are seeking a reliable Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role begins as part-time through September, with the potential for a full-time position starting in October when our office opens full time.

Responsibilities:

Manage calendars and schedule meetings

Book travel arrangements

Take notes during meetings

Run errands to support daily tasks

Manage emails and electronic data filing

Handle various administrative tasks to support our team

Requirements:

Valid driver's license and vehicle required

Background check will be conducted

Key Skills:

Excellent communication abilities

Strong organizational skills

Discretion and attention to detail

Ability to multitask and work under pressure
