Responsibilities This is a full-time, remote position that can be located anywhere in the U.S. with a preference to be located in Pacific or Central time.

Our Business Analysts are the drivers behind our continued growth and success. With our commitment to innovation, it's our Business Analysts who seek out, develop, and help implement strategic initiatives for improved efficiency and productivity. We are looking for someone committed to the discovery and development of innovative solutions in an ever-changing digital landscape. During the internship, you will gain experience with cloud computing, AWS, Salesforce, SQL, and RDBMS systems and learn how to do the following:

Build technical business processes, developing forward-thinking systems proto@types that promote increased efficiency and productivity.

Create and implement (as time permits) precise management and communication plans.

Use real-time data to identify system improvements.

Determine and develop user requirements for systems to ensure maximum usability.

Partner with other stakeholder teams across business units (i.e., sales, finance, security, compliance).

Author and update internal and external documentation.

Develop relationships with partners to optimize systems integration and respond to questions and concerns with supporting research and recommendations.

Qualifications Skills and Qualifications

Pursuing a bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or in a related field.

Experience in analytics and systems development capacity a plus.

Proficiency with SQL language and database management a plus.

Good analytical abilities.

Experience generating process documentation and reports a plus.

Excellent communicator with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Preferred Qualifications

Strong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications, including Visio.

Capabilities in project and user-testing management a plus.

Experience with data visualization.

Technical writing skills.
