Job Title: Painter

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our dynamic team. This role involves using HVLP spray guns to paint doors, performing masking and taping, and engaging in both automotive and electrostatic painting techniques. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

Use HVLP spray gun to apply paint to doors efficiently and accurately.

Perform masking and taping to prepare surfaces for painting.

Engage in automotive painting techniques to ensure high-quality finishes.

Utilize electrostatic painting methods to maintain consistent quality.

Collaborate with team members to support production goals.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in using HVLP spray guns.

Experience in painting and paint preparation.

Experience with sanding and working in a paint booth.

Familiarity with production processes and procedures.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in automotive or production environments preferred.

Open to candidates with construction experience.

Work Environment

The position is based in a door manufacturing company that operates on a conveyor-@type system. It is a very fast-paced environment, and employees must be open to cross-training and assisting colleagues across the facility.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fontana, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
