Supply Chain Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical entry-Level supply chain planner to join our supply chain team. This role is responsible for supporting the demand planning process by analyzing sales trends, forecasting demand, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal inventory levels and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in developing accurate demand forecasts using historical data, market trends, and statistical models.

Monitor and analyze sales performance, inventory levels, and forecast accuracy.

Collaborate with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to gather input and align forecasts with business objectives.

Maintain and update demand planning systems and tools.

Identify and communicate potential supply and demand issues.

Support monthly demand review meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Prepare reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with forecasting tools or ERP systems is a plus.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset.

Preferred Skills:

Internship or coursework related to supply chain or demand planning.

Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

Basic understanding of inventory management and forecasting principles.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
