You will review purchase descriptions for completeness and accuracy, consolidating similar requisitions, and determining if requirements can be ordered against existing contracts. You will prepare orders against these contracts and draft more complex solicitations, amendments, contracts, and contract modifications. You will utilize the Electronic Procurement System (ePS), input purchase requests, prepare solicitations, offer-evaluations, and award documents. You will solicit quotations from small businesses, prepare purchase award documentation using SF1449 or DD 1155, and review offers for price reasonableness, performing price or cost analysis, as necessary. You will prepare contract administration documentation, modifications, and post-negotiation memoranda. You will monitor contract performance to ensure compliance and resolve issues related to funding, delivery, contract changes, and contractor performance. You will assist with procuring and administering Simplified Acquisition Procurements. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications For the NT-04 pay band: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-03 (GS-09/10 equivalent) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: performing contract oversight, analyzing contract data for acquisitions and contract management in the procurement of materials or services. For the NT-03 pay band: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-02 (GS-05/08 equivalent) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
