Where is the work:

This position has been designated as On-Site.

We're hiring a Trane Warehouse Associate in Columbus, OH to help our warehouse team operate at its best. You'll work during the day (1st shift, Monday-Friday with occasional Saturdays) to ensure we are meeting our customers' needs. Responsibilities :

Be the reliable primary contact for warehouse movement and for customer and local transportation provider interactions Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and freight accurately Stock and organize product inventory for smooth warehouse operations Load and unload freight using power industrial vehicles such as a forklift; maintain work equipment Maintain office and warehouse supplies required for effective operation *Flexibility to work overtime/weekends and on-call shifts, as required

Reinforces culture of safety by utilizing all appropriate resources to safely perform all function of the job Excellent planning and organizational skills Proven ability to follow through on commitments and details Strong computer skills (proficient in Microsoft Office Suite) Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Strong customer service skills Proven team player

Education/Experience:

HS Diploma or equivalent required Previous Warehouse and power industrial vehicle experience such as a forklift

Compensation:

Base Pay Range: $22/hr and up DOE

Total compensation for this role will include a commission/incentive plan. Disclaimer: This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed.
