To qualify, candidates must have prior construction inspection experience on NJDOT projects and possess NICET II, III or IV Certification in Transportation/Highway and Bridge Construction or equivalent; NJSAT, ACI - CCTC and Rutgers TCC certifications. Knowledge of NJDOT SiteManager and previous work experience on NJDOT Operations Projects are also desirable. Certain positions are also eligible to receive overtime pay, whereas all non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime (subject to approval).In addition, a host of discounted purchase programs are available to all employees.Required Skills & Required Experience- Must possess NICET II, III or IV Certification in Transportation/Highway and Bridge Construction or equivalent.- OSHA 10 or 30 hour certification preferred.- NJSAT, ACI Field Grade I Technician, ACI-CCTC and Rutgers TCC certifications.- Knowledge of NJDOT SiteManager and previous work experience on NJDOT Operations Projects are also desirable.- Additional requirements include excellent communications skills, ability to read and interpret plans and specifications, and ability to perform complex quantity and engineering computations.- Physically able to work outdoors in all weather conditions and terrains.- Ability to repetitively stoop, bend at the knees and waist, squat and lift 25 lbs; includes body weight, equipment, tools and boxes, in addition to ability to stand for long periods of time on varied surfaces.- Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.Don't meet every single requirement?
