Responsibilities:

Act as the first point of contact, providing exceptional customer support via phone, email, or live chat.

Resolve customer inquiries or complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.

Document customer interactions accurately within the company's CRM system.

Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Stay up to date with product, service, or company policies to address inquiries confidently.

Communicate customer feedback to the management team to improve services or address recurring challenges.

Requirements - Proven experience in customer service or call center roles.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls.

Competence in email correspondence and order entry.

Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

Familiarity with basic computer systems and software.
