Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for efficiently performing various tasks involved in receiving, processing, storing, picking, packing, and shipping merchandise within a warehouse facility. The role ensures inventory accuracy, follows safety protocols, and supports overall warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments; verify contents against packing lists.

Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently.

Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks (training provided if required).

Maintain inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing materials and supplies in stock; record location of inventory.

Conduct regular inventory counts and cycle counts as directed.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment following company safety rules.

Assist with loading and unloading trucks.

Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding inventory needs or discrepancies.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Prior warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but not required.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

Basic math and computer skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good communication skills.

Working Conditions:

Warehouse environment with moderate noise.

May require working evenings, weekends, or overtime.
