Job Title: Entry-Level IT Business Analyst

Location: Onsite - West Palm Beach, Florida

Contract Type: 12-Month Contract (Strong potential for extension or conversion)

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, Onsite (5 days/week)

Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level IT Business Analyst to join our team in West Palm Beach, FL. This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates with a degree in Computer Science or a related field to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic IT environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.

Assist in documenting processes, workflows, and system specifications.

Support project planning and execution, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Help identify areas for improvement and contribute to solution development.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (required).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with Jira is a plus, but not required.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
