The Digital & Data Analytics Team within Global Supply Chain Services is revolutionizing how we use data to drive value. This role involves developing strategies and digital solutions focused on Data Readiness, Data Automation, and Performance Insights, using next-gen tools including AI. Key Responsibilities:
Data Automation and Readiness:
Lead development and cross functional collaboration to build effective and automated data pipelines, and automation hacks for repetitive manual tasks.
Lead collaboration with the CDL teams as their business partner to ensure relevant data is ingested and curated before projects commence.
Connect with Enterprise and regional business partners to deploy an aligned digital strategy.
Remove data access roadblocks through collaboration, API development and other innovative strategies.
Move digital solutions away from data snapshots to connected data feeds.
Performance Insights:
Lead development of scalable Performance Insights solutions leveraging Business Intelligence platforms and AI approaches that either reduce costs, improve efficiencies, or improve cash flows.
Project Management:
Ensure projects are executed in a timely manner
Plan and develop project scope, including quantifiable business value and impact
Manage external consultants as needed.
Monitor and communicate project progress and set deadlines
Anticipate and overcome obstacles that (could) arise
Deliver effective presentations to senior management using robust storytelling and data visualization
Ensure stakeholder satisfaction
Evaluate project performance
Data Innovation:
Champion the use of next-gen analytical approaches leveraging GenAI, LLM and APIs etc.
Support development of scalable performance improvement products that either reduce costs, improve efficiencies or improve cash flows.
Deliver effective presentations to senior management using robust storytelling and data visualization.
Qualifications:
Required :
Minimum of bachelor's degree in Data, Engineering, IT, Supply Chain or comparable experience.
Strong experience with project management.
Hands-on experience with three or more of the following: Azure, Python, SQL, VBA, Power BI, PowerApps, PowerAutomate, Alteryx, Tableau, Looker, MSFabric, CoPilot Studio, GitHub Copilot, QuickBase.
Experience working in a cross-functional and multi-region environment that requires significant collaboration.
Experience in shaping ambiguous user requirements into a structured project scope.
A curiosity and determination to explore better, faster ways to develop digital solution using JNJ approved next gen tools.
Ability to manage and execute multiple projects in parallel
Strong PowerPoint presentation skills with the ability to develop professional slides that easily tell the story to senior leadership and non-technical audiences.
Proficiency in English.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $124,950 to $169,000.
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.
