Sr. Administrative Assistant

Description We are looking for a dedicated Sr. Administrative Assistant to join our team in Auburn, California. This is a long-term contract position suited for someone with strong organizational and communication skills and attention to detail. The role involves multitasking across various administrative functions, ensuring deadlines are met and processes run smoothly.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings effectively.

Provide comprehensive administrative support, including document preparation and organization.

Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and financial record maintenance.

Prepare and manage import/export documentation accurately and efficiently.

Facilitate conference calls and ensure all participants have the necessary information.

Utilize accounting software systems to support financial processes and reporting.

Maintain spreadsheets in Excel, including creating formulas and organizing data.

Draft and edit correspondence and reports using Microsoft Word.

Ensure deadlines are consistently met by prioritizing tasks effectively.

Support team collaboration and document management using SharePoint. Requirements - Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in senior-level positions.

Familiarity with basic bookkeeping practices and accounting software systems.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.

Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to manage calendars and coordinate schedules effectively.

Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy in all tasks.
