Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for Account Coordinator positions in NEW YORK NY . · Shift: M-F 9:00 am - 5:30 pm

· Weekly paycheck

Responsibilities:

· Respond to partner inquiries via email, phone, and other channels with professionalism and empathy.

· Assist with onboarding, technical setup, and ongoing account maintenance.

· Educate partners on new features, tools, and best practices to help them grow on the platform.

· Execute both personalized and scaled communications to support restaurant success.

· Analyze partner feedback and usage trends to identify areas for improvement.

· Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure a seamless partner experience.

Requirements:

1+ year of relevant experience in account management, customer success, sales support, or vendor/partner management (internships accepted).

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to troubleshoot problems and provide clear, effective solutions.

Highly organized with a customer-first mindset and a proactive approach to issue resolution.

Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.

Basic analytical skills and familiarity with support tools or CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, Excel/Google Sheets).

Pay Details: $33.35 per hour
