The Supply Chain Associate is a newly established performer that supports the management and optimization of supply chain systems. This role helps ensure the effective operation of our supply chain technologies.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Position:

Maintain documentation related to supply chain systems, including procedures, user manuals, and troubleshooting guides.

Provide user support and troubleshooting assistance related to supply chain systems.

Work on projects and assignments as part of a work team.

Contribute to basic data analysis to support decision-making processes.

Under the direction of experienced team members: perform accurate analyses, conduct research, and draw meaningful conclusions about potentialsystem/operationalimpacts.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Logistics, Data Management, Customer service, Transportation, and Warehouse Management to support overall supply chain objectives.

Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Using knowledge gained through resources, develop fundamental knowledge of functional practice, policy, and day-to-day execution requirements.

Use solutions to enhance personal work and, where applicable, the work of the team.

With oversight, begin to apply functional, process, and procedural or technical imagination to address business challenges.

Perform other duties as needed.

Required Experience and Education:

Bachelors degree in a related field.

0-2 years relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.

SAP, Red Prairie WMS, and Salesforce Service Cloud Experience preferred.

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite products preferred.

Competencies:

Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.

Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential data.

Demonstrated ability to learn Microsoft Office Suite products.
