Job Title: Production Supervisor

Job Description

Lead and coordinate manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for ensuring production goals are met efficiently, safely, and with high quality standards. The Production Supervisor will oversee daily operations, manage production staff, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet output targets.

Lead and develop production teams to ensure high performance and accountability.

Monitor production schedules, workflow, and resource allocation.

Implement and maintain safety protocols and compliance with OSHA standards.

Collaborate with engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to resolve issues and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as efficiency, downtime, and scrap rates.

Drive lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.

Support onboarding and training of production staff.

Ensure timely delivery of products while maintaining quality standards.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Garland, Texas.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $60.00/hr.
