Position Summary...
The Senior Manager, Incident Management, will play a critical role within the Last Mile Delivery, Trust and Safety organization. This position supports the Incident Management program, which is responsible for responding to all reported incidents that occur with Walmart deliveries in the Last Mile. The team manages a high volume of incidents and is responsible for driving consistency and quality through structured incident management processes, enabling proactive risk mitigation, and identifying scalable solutions that enable consistency and efficiency.

Extensive experience in leading and managing organizational change initiatives, including developing change management strategies, communicating effectively with stakeholders, generating training, and ensuring successful implementation and adoption.
You're comfortable influencing others, leading teams, managing stakeholders, getting buy-in from leadership and communicating clearly.

You possess understanding and experience in AI. ML, deep learning, and Generative AI applications. Your expertise includes exploring Agentic capabilities and creatively applying these technologies to develop innovative solutions and use cases that unlock new possibilities, synergies, and efficiencies.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in incident management, risk management, or a related field.
Proven experience in leading and managing teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
