What you'll do...
The Director, Program Management leads enterprise-wide initiatives that transform strategy into execution and elevate how decisions are made and communicated. This role balances strategic vision with operational discipline , orchestrating a diverse portfolio of high-impact programs while setting the standard for executive storytelling across the organization. By simplifying complexity, accelerating decision velocity, and embedding measurable outcomes into every initiative, this leader drives sustainable business performance. Success will be defined by the ability to influence senior stakeholders, deliver cross-functional results, and raise the bar for program management and communication excellence.
What You'll Do
Portfolio & Program Leadership
Drive the enterprise insights agenda: Translate business strategies into actionable prioritized roadmaps with measurable outcomes, ensuring alignment across senior leadership.
Orchestrate enterprise-wide initiatives: Direct and oversee multiple, concurrent cross-functional programs from concept through execution, balancing priorities and reallocating resources as needed.
Elevate program-management discipline: Build processes and tools that transparency, accountability, and faster decision-making at scale for the insight's organization.
Advance maturity and operations: Lead process optimization, implement best practices, and ensure program management practices enable agility without sacrificing rigor.
Anticipate and resolve critical issues: Partner with executives to clarify goals, define risks, and manage dependencies, ensuring that challenges are surfaced and addressed proactively.
Champion continuous improvement: Foster a culture of learning and innovation by embedding structured problem-solving and process refinement across teams.
Storytelling & Executive Content
Shape and own the enterprise insights narrative: Translate complex analysis into clear, compelling stories that influence decisions at the highest levels.
Deliver executive-ready content: Produce polished materials-decks, frameworks, dashboards, and visuals-that elevate clarity and inspire confidence in forums with senior leadership.
Institutionalize storytelling standards: Establish systems, templates, and style guides that streamline content development, reduce cycle times, and drive consistency.
Coach leaders and teams: Equip executives and stakeholders with talk tracks, speaker notes, and influence strategies to ensure clarity, alignment, and impact.
Measure communication effectiveness: Monitor cycle times, iteration rates, and stakeholder satisfaction to continuously refine communication practices.
What You'll Bring
Strategic leadership experience: Proven track record directing enterprise-level programs and portfolios that deliver measurable business results.
Executive storytelling expertise: Mastery in converting complexity into clear, concise, and influential narratives that shape enterprise decisions.
Operational discipline: Deep experience building governance models, scorecards, and portfolio dashboards that improve transparency and decision velocity.
Change leadership and influence: Skilled at aligning executives and cross-functional stakeholders, negotiating trade-offs, and leading through ambiguity.
Analytical and business acumen: Ability to connect data to outcomes, frame trade-offs, and apply structured problem-solving to drive strategy and execution.
Technical fluency: Proficiency project management platforms and knowledgeable about data tools.
Preferred: PMP or equivalent certification; experience in retail, operations, or corporate strategy

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Legal, or related field and 5 years' experience in project management, compliance, operations management or related area OR 7 years' experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area.
4 years' experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
4 years' experience leading cross-functional teams.
