Position Summary:
This second-line leadership role reports to the Head of Marketing and leads the US Atrium / Pure Encapsulations HCP Marketing team, shaping the strategic vision and long-term goals for the brands. You'll champion the brand vision, ignite innovation, and drive measurable outcomes through bold strategy, digital-first thinking, and data-informed decisions. The role requires strong internal and external partnerships with media, sales, and finance to activate seasonal promotions and grow the HCP business. You'll lead a passionate team and foster a culture of high performance and continuous learning in our Bridgewater, NJ location. #LI-Hybrid
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and execution of ATRIUM marketing vision and strategy including target patient identification, brand positioning, and brand character development.
Drive innovation and renovate current marketing strategies to boost brand performance.
Work with US collaborative partners to embed the brand Plan, and through your team, partner on local execution.
Establish effective frameworks, metrics, and strategies for brand building and channel marketing.
Provide thought leadership by staying current with evolving online media and technology as well as competitive activity and trends.
Leverage digital tools and innovative technologies to enhance delivery and effectiveness, using data and performance insights to continuously optimize learning outcomes and ensure programs remain at the forefront of industry standards.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align training strategies with business goals, using technologies and analytics to measure impact and drive continuous improvement.
Demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable insights, effectively using digital tools and technologies to improve outcomes. A strong understanding of emerging digital trends and their relevance in a modern, insight-led workplace is essential.
Manage and leverage the creative capabilities of external agencies to build brands and channel strategies. This includes the full range of marketing mix (traditional, digital) and customers (consumers, retailers, HCPs).
Manage the marketing budget.
Ensure that the team establishes clear performance tracking and diagnosis system and rapidly develop action plans for course correction.
Identify new capabilities that enable competitive advantage and enhance leadership and product usage for appropriate customers across all Marketing Brands and Customers.
Key Relationships:
Internal - US HCP-led Businesses LT, ATRIUM Sales Management and teams, Sales Operations, Human Resources, Demand Planning, and Finance, et al.
External - KOLs, HCPs, Strategic Accounts, Professional Societies, Market Research vendors.
Experience and Education Requirements:
Demonstrated leadership experience driving strategic initiatives, building and managing high-performing teams, and influencing cross-functional stakeholders to deliver measurable business impact.
10+ years' experience in commercial roles with increasing responsibility, including 7+ years in specialty product marketing and launch experience in US and ex-US markets.
Proven success in HCP-endorsed medical nutrition marketing, with ability to develop and execute multi-channel strategies.
Demonstrated ability to think and act strategically, translating data into actionable insights using digital tools, and applying emerging digital trends in an insight-led workplace.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong strategic planning capabilities in complex environments.
Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
Ability to travel approximately 30%.
Ability to work a hybrid work schedule in our Bridgewater, NJ office.

Strong knowledge of current digital marketing landscape.
The approximate annual pay range for this position is $190,000 to $220,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
